Shipping With your Freight Compnay

carrier of choice.

order that is placed with us.
- CorrugatedPlastics.Net reserves the right to charge up to a $10.00 handling fee,
(or $5.00 per box)for using
your UPS or FEDex account for shipping. CorrugatedPlastics.Net reserves the right to charge
up to a $50.00 pallet and handling fee for using your freight account to ship out your
- If you wish to use your own UPS account for shipping, we can use it. Please note, that
for some packages, we might add a handling fee up to $10.00 for preparing your items.
This will be left up to the discretion of our shipping department. (In most cases, there
are no extra costs for using your own UPS account.). HOWEVER, if there are any problems
with the customer's UPS account, or any extra costs that are billed to us, we must
pass that charge to the customer, along with a $10.00 processing fee. If you have placed
an order through our website, and paid for shipping, and then wish to use your UPS account
number, we will refund the shipping costs back to your account, ONLY AFTER THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED OUT.
- CorrugatedPlastics.Net reserves the right to charge your account a shipping fee and
a $40.00 processing fee for any bad or non-usable shipping or freight account number that
is submitted to CorrugatedPlastics.Net for shipping an order. CorrugatedPlastics.Net receives
in invoices and bills from all of our freight companies that we use, if an account number is
not usable or rejected by our shippers for any order, we will reserve the right to charge
your account the total for the shipping, a $50.00 processing fee, and any other fees or
claims made against CorrugatedPlastics.Net for the shipping of your order.
- If you have an alternate delivery company that you would prefer to use, and you
can provide us with an account number, you may do this. This would include but not
limited to: UPS, FedEX, DHL, AirBourne Express, Yellow Freight, NEMF, and any other
delivery or motor freight company. However, you may be responsible for labor and
materials (up to $25.00) which must be pre-paid to CorrugatedPlastics.Net
prior to scheduling the pick-up; additionally, any and all liability
will be removed from CorrugatedPlastics.Net if the
buyer opts to set-up the packages and or pallet shipment on their own; you will be
responsible for contact with your carrier, providing a Bill of Lading or other
applicable paperwork as per the carrier, as well as any claims against the trucking
company should that be necessary.
- Important Shipping Note: CorrugatedPlastics.Net will do everything
in it ability to make sure that your items are shipped out on time and arrive at
your location, in a timely manner, undamaged and on time. However, CorrugatedPlastics.Net, its
affiliates and parent company DOES NOT OWN ANY FREIGHT OR TRUCKING COMPANY. All
shipments are sent via a 3rd party carrier service, freight company or trucking
company. Once an item, package or skid is picked up from one of our locations and
leaves our facilities, your items are now in the possession and responsibility of a
3rd party freight or trucking company. CorrugatedPlastics.Net will try it's best
to give accurate shipping details and delivery times, however, all we can do is
give the information that is given to us from our carriers and freight companies.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net WILL NOT GUARANTEE the delivery of any over-night, or
special requests for rush shipments that go via motor freight or trucking companies.
Even though, about 98.9% of all freight deliveries arrive on time without any
problems, things do happen, which are out of the control of CorrugatedPlastics.Net.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will not be held responsible for any shipments that go by
UPS, FedEX, USPS, Motor Freight or trucking company that are not delivered on time.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will work diligently to make sure that your shipments are
sent out on time, and arrive on time. However, if a shipment does arrive late, or
damage or has any problems, CorrugatedPlastics.Net will work with our customers
to make sure that the items they ordered will arrive at their location as soon as
CorrugatedPlastics.Net DOES NOT GIVE OUT FREE SHIPPING. If there is a problem
with an order or shipment, that is not the fault of CorrugatedPlastics.Net, but
rather that of a 3rd party carrier service, freight or truck company and we are
charged for the shipping fees, we still need to pass those charges onto our customers.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will work to the best of our ability to get any type of
discounts on shipments when possible and pass the savings to our customers for
shipments that have had problems. CorrugatedPlastics.Net will work with our
customer's to file any claims or complaints with any carrier or freight company.
All carriers and freight companies, work for you as well as CorrugatedPlastics.Net.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will not be held responsible for any actions, representatives,
services or guarantees from 3rd party freight or shipping companies. All claims
and complaints MUST BE MADE TO THE CARRIER, not to CorrugatedPlastics.Net.
